Compliance and request screening

Requests involving controlled products are reviewed only after the buyer, consignee, end user and declared intended use can be assessed.

Information we review

  • legal company details and the responsible contact;
  • destination country, city and final consignee;
  • intended use and expected operating context;
  • required permits, certificates and supporting records;
  • the feasibility of lawful export, transit and import.

Controlled product categories

Detailed specifications for counter-UAS systems and other regulated equipment are not published openly. Relevant documents may be shared with qualified buyers after initial screening.

Right to decline a request

UA Equip may decline an RFQ when information is incomplete, end use cannot be confirmed, or processing the request could conflict with applicable laws or restrictions.
